Nelson River Adventures Inc. was established in 2011 by Clint Sawchuk.

The mission is to ensure that the York Factory National Historic Site is accessible to all.

The vision is to ensure that canoe groups travelling down the Hayes River to Hudson Bay have a reliable return-trip option and to offer an unforgettable day trip experience to those wanting to experience the history and beauty of the area.
